Franco Malgarini

Franco Malgarini obtained a diploma as a Nuclear Expert at the ITI E. Fermi in Rome.

For some years he participated in the work of the W. Reich Center in Rome.

For 8 years he directed the digital magazine Altra Scienza which deals with renewable and heterodox sciences.

Lately he has embarked on a personal research path that has led him to develop many innovative ideas for economic, technological and scientific emancipation.
